We love data - that is why we measure job satisfaction
For us, job satisfaction is about enjoying your job and being motivated to go to work. It's that famous gut feeling, which, for good reasons, is hard to measure. But we do it anyway.
Every 6 months, we use GAIS measurements to determine how well we are doing. GAIS is based on several years of research, and the measurement focuses on the seven most important factors when it comes to our job satisfaction. The seven factors in GAIS are; purpose, participation, mastery, results, leadership, colleagues, and balance.
Job Satisfaction compared to the national average
We do not measure (only) to show you that we are an attractive workplace. We do it to a large extent to know where we need to take action if something is amiss. When we understand the elements that foster high job satisfaction for us and our colleagues, we can more effectively take action to sustain a positive atmosphere.
After all, our affection for happy employees surpasses even our love for data.

Time Development
In November 2020, we initiated our first measurement using GAIS, maintaining a consistent practice ever since. This decision is based on our firm belief that a healthy workplace is key for the well-being and success of both our employees and the company as a whole.
Prioritizing well-being is a foundational element of our corporate culture. We have invested in GAIS to ensure our sustained focus on employee well-being. This tool allows us to closely monitor the development, both at an individual and departmental level as well as the entire company.
By using GAIS, we have created a transparent and dynamic working environment where we can continuously measure our progress and adapt to changing needs. Working with the seven factors gives our employees the opportunity to thrive, grow, and develop.
