Arctic Import enhances logistics in Greenland with a new logistics center in Nuuk

At Arctic Import, we’re taking a major step toward the future with the construction of an advanced logistics center in Nuuk, set to open in 2025.

“With this new center, we will triple our capacity, enabling faster deliveries and providing our customers with access to a wider range of products. This includes fresh fruits, vegetables, and other food items, which will become more accessible thanks to new international flight routes,” explains CEO Thomas Hjort.

The center is equipped with cutting-edge technology in warehouse automation and cooling facilities, ensuring that goods are handled with high efficiency and quality.

“We’re not just strengthening the supply chain – we’re also creating jobs and supporting the growing tourism industry. For our customers, this means greater reliability, shorter delivery times, and access to high-quality products, no matter where in Greenland they are,” Thomas Hjort adds.
