Arctic Import Kalaallit Nunaat is seeking a dedicated and proactive Operations Manager in Nuuk
About the Position
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our warehouse, distribution, installation department, and customer support function. You will lead a team of 14 employees and play a central role in ensuring structure, progress, and high customer satisfaction across the organization.

About You and Your Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and motivate a team of 14 employees
- Oversee warehouse operations, logistics, and product flow
- Plan and coordinate transportation and deliveries
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the installation department
- Ensure professional customer support and a high level of service
- Optimize workflows and logistics processes, both inbound and outbound
- Assist with order management and customer credit limit assessments
- Ensure efficient operations and continuous improvements across departments
